I can't actually remember why I drew him. o-o I was looking through a bird book... and then ... I drew a Harvey....
Obviously his face is very birdlike, but otherwise *fwip*
I likes him, he's pretty and disproportionate. His head is too big and he has little legs.
I have NO IDEA why I named him Harvey either. It's written in the corner of the page. o0o
