um yeah I've been watchin a tv show NCIS and it made me feel like drawin someone in a navyish outfit but I got no idea what they look like so I just went off a pic I found with a google search lolz the character iz Dean one of
's chararcterz I picked him coz hez in the Navy I think or the airforce forgot thiz iz very cruddy coz I lost me mojo and couldnt be bothered finishin it but I did coz I hate unfinished picx
