Had this sketched out for days, but haven't had the opportunity to do anything with it until this morning and this evening. It was originally going to be just colored lineart...same old stuff I normally upload. However, I decided to do this tutorial and I really really loved it! It helps SO much with the shading. It brings out the image. You wouldn't even know I did this with 3 layers...

Some flaws in anatomy and some things are just a bit off, but overall I did fairly well. I am amusing myself greatly right now since my entire life my worst subjects to draw are people and horses, but this came out very well for me. Maybe if I practice a bit more I can start drawing people too!

It looks great. Yeah, it seems a tad off, but it looks great regardless. Only three layers though? *looks at the pic again* Wow, that's fantastic, considering how good the shading is. Well done!

Wow, very nice! It looks great.

You did a nice job on this but the mane and tail seems a little over-wild. You may want to clump the tail and mane to make this piece seem more aesthetically pleasing to viewers. Other than a few other misproportional bits you did a great job on this. Another tip: add some texture like short fur on the horse's body.
*sigh* I wish I knew how to use layers

nice job. I love the colors you used ^^

The facial features (particularly the eyes) could use a slight adjustment, to me, at least, they look somewhat... Displaced. Ever so slightly.
Otherwise, great depth and proportions make this piece marvelous. :)

Oohh pretty pose!!

The body of the horse is awesome.. though as most suggested, the head/eye placement can be worked on

I MUST go read that Tutorial SOON!.
