In the file within, you will see two heads, which have been coloured in different manners. The one to the left has been coloured with block colours, the other to your right with gradients. Which one looks better?

I like the shading on the one to the left than the right.
But that red is bothering me.
Maybe if you changed the red circle to another color it will be complete.
Other then that, it's good.

the left one is alot better. You need to work hard to gradient well, but I think yo need to work on the 'holes' that are left in the coloring on the left. Just zoom in and you'll see what I mean.
