I love how your style is. I like how you can depict all the features of the person but still keep them in your style. To me thats a great talent. And this just being simple black, grey and white makes it even more beautiful.

I love the use of black, white, and gray to give feeling. You can see all the different parts of the picture, and yet its slightly sketchy appearance makes it so much more interesting and original. You MUST put up a tutorial!
