What made me choose this image for featuring is the soft, soothing composition; the lines of her hair, the soft detailing on the fish and seaweed, the vividness of her face in contrast to everything else just set this apart from the rest of cgaddict's gallery. The lighting compliments the serene expression on her face. The fact that her face is so clear doesn't seem odd at all even though everything else is so soft, it just brings your attention to her subtly while you take in the rest of the surroundings. A gorgeous piece that needed to be featured.

i really like it. And i like the fact that it is slightly out of focus too... because under water it's not always so crystal clear and perfect and I think you captured the underwater essence without degrading your work in the slightest. The details are where they need to be and the rest gives an evocative feel to them which is awesome. Great job on this and I'm glad you were daring and tried something new because it certainly paid off.

I think the best part is how you made the water so naturally blurred, and yet her eyes stand out so strongly.
