"You"
Desperately grasping for such little light;
The agony of daylight and fright.
We run through the darkness,
Understanding it not.
And then we see the horror
Our actions begot.
From swaying and swaying,
From too to fro.
We see the real us,
And let it go.
Hold off on the breaker,
Cling not as a faker.
Behold the you,
A mirror in hue.
Watching your expression,
Your eyes seemed glued.
To that new person,
You’ve never seen.
Oh what vast knowledge,
We have now gleaned.
