Its a nice piece but the coloring is pretty bad. It's like you were trying to do a more realistic approach at coloring but were too afraid to leave cell shading behind.
Next time try more colors and hues in your shading... not all highlights=this color, all dark areas=this color.
Dodge and burn can be your friend if you dont overuse them too.
