HER HAND GLOWS WITH AN AWESOME POWER

After talking with Angel, the original owner of this character, We eventually deduced that Fire Powers were a +, and this combined with melee pwn was another +. This inevitably lead to Falcon Paunch. This is what came up.

It's still a WIP - I need to add the long hair and her tail, and I feel cheap borrowing effects from Neo Geo Pocket, but eh.
