One thing with the nurse though, I couldn't tell what that is on her face. I think it's a mask but it could be sunglasses, with the eyelids half closed.
The emotion in the left one is captured quite well. I think one of the best things about your artwork is, as previously mentioned, your characters' hair, especially with the females.
