this is the view of Freetown from a girls' window from 4 different times of day. it was nice to paint because i usually only do sunsets and never other times of the day. also, this girl might be in the series, but she doesn't really have a part in the story yet. better get on that. download for full-size, i also have each city individually if anyone wants one. i'll be using these city paintings w/o the window for those breaks they put inbetween the 15-minute markers on some cartoons. i might even do a 24-hour timelapse thing in flash but time is of the essence, and i have no time or essence to be sparing
enjoy

I love how you drew the entire city.

The night is stunning. And ah! I see 2 moons.

That's a lot of little dots on the buildings.
Love the landscape, Ryan. Stop motivating me to make more music. >8

Did you repaint the entire city when you did a new scene, or just tweak the colors and lighting of the buildings? Cause the structures look identical in all of them, but ya never know
Also in the dusk and night scenes, the building the girl lives in looks kinda plain and outta place since you can't see the brick patterns aswell as you can in the dawn and mid day scenes, maybe just make the brick outlines more prominant in those so you can see them better, otherwise looks great, I love the dawn scene the most
lol also it must suck to keep putting up and taking down the clothes line everytime you want to do your wash, especially when you're like 30 stories up
