My pin-up submission for "Tea Party," an anthology that was released by my good friend PMBQ (www.pmbq.com) earlier this summer.
I wanted to do something charming, so I went with an Alice in Wonderland theme with Hana-Neko as the confused Alice and Mr. Bear as the quirky Mad Hatter.
Lineart was drawn by hand, and the grayscale rendering was done in Photoshop. The tree image in the background is a scanned screentone graphic from my extensive screentone inventory
