I'm sorry to say this but... N-O
1. Don't make the thing in the background a PNG, Make it a Fla, Edit the Preloader, put the picture in the bottom layer, and what not.
2. The icon like thing is a big no, no it's all Squiggly, and use Smaller paint brushes!
the things i like about it the most- its very original, a good idea, and that it IS like the ipod
the downsides- no pause or play buttons, and that you kinda scribbled that picture.
slow down the drawing, and learn to make pause and play buttons!
