Overall, this is a really nice piece, and you have obviously managed to achieve a great amount of realism. The biggest reason he looks a bit creepy is because the proportions/perspective is slightly off, making him enter the uncanny valley a bit. Besides that though, the thing I think would make this piece really amazing, is to have more contrast in your values, particularly in darkening some of the shadows, and putting in a hint of highlights. Nice work.
Yay! very nice your attention to detail is again quite wonderful, I -love- the textural qualities it has from your mark making, that is something I really struggle with so you have no idea how much I love to see fabric that looks like fabric and fur that looks like fur.
