Photo Manipulation 1

This is a photo manipulation I did for my photography class at school. I was expecting this to come out better, but whatever. I really don't care.

Person featured in the photo is not myself, it's a friend of mine in the class.

Also, preview image is the original and full view is the manipulation. Though, if you didn't come to that conclusion yourself you may need to see a doctor.
