It's her character Kerika and Shanks from the anime One Piece. I mean to draw them in a more One Piece-esque style but Kerika came out more in my own.
Also i must SORRY for the delay in getting the coloured version up. I just havent been able to get around to anything art oriented in a while. So to get it done with I kinda rushed the colouring >.> So sorry if it sucks
