Oukey :3 Here is him! He's another of my blondie characters xD. He got my name lol ^^ and here is a lil' about him:

He is a lil' pervert. You can see that in his eyes, can't you? Even though he is a pervert, he has a big heart. He can understand people very good. Most of the time he is trying to be cheerfull for the sake of others. Mihi is one of those lil; childish characters, very dumb from time to time. But often he's being very serious. He is very smart for a blondie xD [and not only ^^]. He is pretty calm most of the time, and very lazy of course 
. But if it comes to him - he'll always help you. : )
P.S. Maybe I'll use it for an ID, because he resembles mine character most of the things ^^
