I haven't drawn Jeff in drag since... last year? Maybe even two years ago? D: So, I decided I would, since it'd been such a long time.
Jeff quite enjoys skirts, yes. He doesn't wear them all the time though, cus he knows it creeps people out, namely Kyle.
