Personality: How did I put this? Well, Frosty is the caring, loving type, yet she doesn't like people getting in her way or messing up her plans. She can be nasty and nice at the same time. She is also quite smart.

Attacks/powers/abilities: Able to control water -eg, turning it into steam, ice, make it boil etc. etc.-

Story: Frosty was brought up street-wise. Knowing what was what and who was who. Moving from town to town when she was little, made her happy just being in her own comany.
As the youngest in the house of five, Frosty was the one always in the shadow of someone else. Wishing that someone would notice her. Soon she turned to a life of crime to get attenion. Which worked quite well, until her parents threw her out. Afterwords she found a job as a hitman, her boss is still unknown.
