a lot of reflecting on things lately has led me to realise that i'll never be the mermaid; i'll always just be the sea witch.
i'm debating moving this over to my fanart account, since it's obviously based on the little mermaid, but also kind of just about me...

I don't think it really matters. Cephalapod mermaids are just as good, if not even better than, regular mermaids.

regardless, being a cephalopod sea witch sounds way more awesome than being a mermaid.
A mermaid can do nothing but swim around, but a tentacled sea witch can grow in size and crush unsuspecting ships with the tentacles
