Yes, that is a normal sized pencil.

So far, I don't know much about this character, 'cept for two things.

1. He's God's former assistant for something.

2. He's working as Stephan's mentor in the story. :u

Also I have no idea what that symbol means, I'm sure it's some kind of pentagram though.

But the pencil itself is his weapon. When he was working for God, he helped create stuff by drawing it, but he can't make living things. Just objects and stairs and stuff.
