I like the interesting shading style used on the coat.
It seems to reflect a very realistic leather like texture in the way you've used the colours and the light source. The way you've drawn/shaded the face is quite amazing as well, especially in how you've defined the features and darkened around his eyes. Plus the hair sits very naturally on his head is good, but does feel a tad too blurred in comparison to the rest of the piece.
