WIP-Tranz Zero Device

Okay, I know I havn't submitted anything in a while...but here's a WIP I'm working on. Don't worry, I am still workin on requests

Anyways, Stardust-Beat asked me to design a character for the game T.T.O.F, and the character was Tranz Zero Device. Amazingly, he's actually one of the good guys OwO

I'm not done this pic, and I might change a few things, but here it is so far. =3
