SORRY FOR THE BIG UGLY WATERMARK!
I would go back and remove it, but I don't want to redo the background, which was generated in Photoshop. I did this back when dA was my only site! So shoosh!
Anyway, this was another take on the other lion drawing I did in February.
Um, as for the weapon, I realized all of the problems with it AFTER I drew it. Number one being that the weight of it would be extremely lopsided, you wouldn't be able to use the spike. Number two, the wood handle expanding around the blunt part would break easily - unless I go off and say it's bronze or something. Number three, I didn't make it long enough.
..Or maybe I'm looking too deep into it?
