I decided to draw Meowth. I don't why. Just a random want.
This drawing is based upon that episode in which Meowth goes to Hollywood and tries to impress a female Meowth by acting like a human. Loved that episode. =)
Colored in openCanvas, and the pretty effects were added by The GIMP 2.
