This was a pretty awesome art project. In it, we had to try to imitate the style of the graphic artist Peter Max. I decided to take my picture in a different direction than everybody else, and instead of doing a piece in traditional medium, I animated it in Flash.
I know this picture isn't quite as busy as Peter's work, but I'm hoping the effort I put into animating it will count for something.
The picture we were supposed to copy the style of was "The Different Drummer," and can be found here: http://markprigoff.com/images/the_different_drummer.jpg

It's so amazing!! The rotating colors are so cool, yet they're giving me a headache.

looks like the "Get your own" worm took a chunk out of the back of your head... I should go back to the art room and STEAL mine so I can finish it up... hopefully it hasn't gotten ruined or anything... last time I saw it it was on a little table all by it's lonesome... with the exception of some other person's painting... anywhoo, I'm lovin this picture, good jorb there Garth.
