Someone on DevArt requested a Flash tutorial, but there seems to be a higher concentration of Flash artists here on Sheezy, so I thought it'd be good to submit it here, too.
I know I did a hasty job of explaining stuff, so if you have any questions, fire away and I'll try to answer as best I can!
