Lol I use paint to resize.
Or you can do 'select all' then 'stretch/skew' and make it smaller by a percent .__. Good tutorial though :3
nice tutorial, I use Adobe Photoshop CS2 to resize my pictures.
I use Animation Shop. Does a pretty good job, doesn't make it all small and pixel-ly.
