Rina has always been the mascot of Ciel-Art.com from day 1, but I felt it was time to update her with a fresh new look and she's now much cooler than the previous design~
This chibi version of Rina was illustrated specifically for Ciel-Art's current site layout.
The image title is a playful joke on commonly misused "R" to "L" conversions of Japanese sounds and words translated into English.
