So, this is pretty much a drawing of a screenshot from that Halloween episode of Ouran High School Host Club, I wanted to use it as wallpaper, so I drew it wallpaper sized (though it's smaller here) after using a 600x400 screenshot ref, it took a few hours, but I liked the outcome, again this is from when I was a photoshop newbie, looking at it, I can see TONS of mistakes...
