Itsa kitty :3

Anyway this little kitty, which I made for my mother for her 52nd birthday, was made with 2 balls of yarn but was shaped by cutting one of them into long strips for the legs and tail and using the other as a body and head.

I sewed the ears on (which were made with felt, a piece of skin colored fabric, and a bit of yarn cut and glued to the back).

And made the limbs stay in shape by tying white thread around them.

The eyes and mouth were made with air dry clay and painted with acrylic paint. the eyes and nose area were then varnished.

All in all this probably took around 4 hours to make and is about 11 inches long (from head to tail).
