This picture is a bit old and has been sitting in my sketch book for some time now...I only just finished inking it the other day -- hence why the date of 03/09 is written
OH and I realize the proportions are off like the hands, Sasuke's position and Sakura's head shrunk when I was inking her @__@

I like how you've drawn the female character's eyes, and yay, wrist bones!
The size of the hands isn't too noticeable, the male's may be a little big but the girls' seems OK. If you put the bottom of your palm against your chin, the top of it should touch the tip of your nose (and your fingers will touch your forehead).
I do think that the fingers would look better with some more defined shape. The male's are a lot more rigid since he's making a hard gesture, but the girl's look slightly 'rubbery'. I think just making sharper edges around the knuckles would take care of it.
