Gift for jasmin :3

I made this for Jasmin() cause she kept asking me to draw her a rainbow and this came to mind as what I should do~ Wanted to show her before I put it up but shes been busy :< So I am putting it here and stuff. Hope she likes it :3 I can see where I could have done better but ah well I will do something better later on~
