Soul Keeper Chronicels 5-9
Chapter 5:
Cody gets up wondering what the Dream’s meaning was. He looks to get ready when he looks for some clothes he only sees amour and a Robe. “Apparently this is what I’m supposed to wear.” Cody says as he put on the robe then the amour then he hears a knock on the door. Cody opens the door and sees Blizzaria. “Hello Blizzaria.” Cody says greeting her. “Hello Cody.” She says with a small smile on her urging him to follow her. When he gets a look out side of where he was it seemed like a modern City except with out Cars and only Dragons walked the streets. “So where are we going to first?” Cody asks as he follows her to what seemed like a Castle. “I’m taking you to the king of course he has to talk to you.” When they appear at the gate, It opens for them as they go inside Cody wonder a little bit about this ‘king’.
Chapter 6:
When they entered the castle they were guided to the throne room where Cody sees a red dragon on the throne. “Welcome Soul Keeper Cody. My name’s Dracon” He says with a smile “I’ve got a test for you.” . “Well what is it?” Cody says to him. “Follow me.” He takes Cody to a Room where an Innocent Dragoness Bound in chains with a little bit of blood on her body. Dracon Gives Cody a Sword. “Here’s someone who betrayed us and punishment is Death.” As he said this Cody ignored this and looked into her eyes and started to feel her pain and knew that she was being mistreated. “I don’t know what kind of person you are but apparently you’re one evil person.” Cody says as he drops the sword and leaves the room and Walks out not wanting to be near anyone at the moment as he goes back the house where he was and Sit on the bed as he sees something wrapped up beside the bed.
Chapter 6:
Cody picks it up and opens it up. It was a staff with an amulet and a note that says: ‘I hope you appreciate these gifts.’ Cody puts the amulet on and feels a sharp sting go all over his body He falls to his knees with his eyes closed when he opened them he was at a paradise for dragons. With what seemed like dragon of all kinds in it. Cody didn’t notice a Hatchling Dragon coming up to him. “Hello Cody.” It said to Cody. Cody was slightly startled “Hello. Do you know where I am?” Cody asks the baby dragon. “Well you’ll be surprised if I told you. Well you are in your soul.” The dragon says with a smile on its face. “Is this because I’m a Soul Keeper?” Cody asks the dragon. “Yes, I hope to see you here soon.” The dragon says as Cody reappears in the Room.
Chapter 7:
Cody wondered what the meaning of what just happened. He picks up the staff and looks at it. It looked like a normal staff with a light blue orb on the top of it. When Cody held it like a sword it changed to one with a light blue tint on the blade. And at the bottom was the light blue orb. Cody heard another knock at the door. He answered it, it was Blizzaria. “Cody, what happened back there?” She asked him. She was confused when she saw him leave. “He wanted me to kill an innocent Dragon.” Cody said to her. She realized Cody’s amulet “Where did you get that?” She asks him, curiously. “It was a gift that someone gave me when I found a package beside my bed when I came home.” Cody said as he looked down. “Well I got to go.” She said with a worried look as if she was late for something she leaves with out saying goodbye. For Cody this was already turning bad.
Chapter 8:
Cody woke up the next day not knowing a few changes happened to him. Cody looked in the mirror and seeing his eyes had changed to draconic eyes the white part was Dark blue and the colored part was white, the black part was Light blue. “Cool.” Cody says to himself. Cody decides to walk around outside looking for something to do but with no success. He goes back inside of his house at the moment then he lies down on the bed looking at the ceiling staring blankly into nothingness. Meanwhile, at the castle... Dracon is having a little Strategy meeting with his followers. “I told you he would not go with our plans.” One rises up looking at the King with seriousness in his voice. “If I were you I wouldn’t be trying to start with me, Flancis Your Daughter tried to kill me. You’re lucky you’re not exiled like she was.” He looks at Him. “There only one way to get him to work with our plans… we must capture his soul.” This is all he says to them and leaves them to talk about this amongst themselves.
Chapter 9:
It was late that night And Cody Couldn’t sleep. Trying to get himself to sleep then Cody starts to feel a presence around him. “Who’s there?” Cody says as he pick up the sword and look around cautiously Around from behind Cody can feel something trying to enter his body but he could do nothing because when it tried to get into him it made Cody scream in pain after a few minutes Cody fell down unconscious from the effort Cody made attempt to prevent the thing from entering his body but it failed. Not knowing of the danger he was really in at the moment. The Thing was a Dragon’s soul trying to take over Cody’s body at the order of Dracon. When Cody woke up he was in a different place a couple of baby dragons were beside him. “Are you okay?” They all asked him. “Yes I’m fine.” He says to them getting back up seeing he was back into his soul not knowing he then the dragon soul seal Cody’s soul into his own body to use his power.
