The title probably makes absolutely no sense with just the picture. It's the name of the story that she's in, which I'm not going to babble about because it isn't really set yet.
I was trying to draw another character, and this one just seemed to appear on the character. Oddly fitting with her story, and it amused me, so I just gave in and drew her instead.
I don't know why she has pink and purple sneakers. She probably got them as a gag gift, decided to wear them anyway, and then got stuck with them. And it amused me ^^ And the scraggly stuff is supposed to be some sort of electricity.

Actually, the title makes sense. Her hand seems to be evaporating, which could signify that she lives in a world where if you're not remembered, you fade from existence.
