Baby Kyogre

This sprite is for a contest *do not steal*.
It's a 'baby legendary Pokemon sprites' contest and I chose to make a pre-evolution of Kyogre.
I pixeled it by myself not using any body parts of any other Pokemon.
And now I have to think of a name for it xD.
