In paint, instead of stretching the corners of the selection box to resize sprites, go to "stretch/skew" and type "200" in the first 2 boxes and press "OK."
Work on the bubbles, try telling us WHAT THE HELL IS THAT PURPLE THING, resize the sprites at 200%.
