The anatomy and torsion is pretty good and any comments on it would be too nitpicky so I'm not going to make them. But I will say that you need to hell of separate the foreground from the background. Probably by making the background darker. Levels, man, levels. It may not be realistic, but the best way to suggest depth in a drawing is to use a distance gradient, either going darker or lighter.
