An easy going live version of one of the themes from Yoshi's Story (I believe it's the end credits?)
Changed a few chords, put a few of my own ideas in, stuff like the Hammond organ and the piano solo for the fade out ending. Got some hand percussion as well to give it a little Latin flavor. I tried not to put too much in, as the melody is quite simple, but the chords took me a bit of getting used to over the solo. It's a fun song to play though. I went for the "Jazz" sound to try and make it sound as different as possible, so hopefully it creates a whole new listening perspective
Done as a gift/request for a friend.

It really has the jazz feel in it , I love the hand percussions (Timbales , Congas) , also love the piano .
What's that instrument solo from 1:22? It sounds like a Clarinet.

I've never been into Mario's Score too much because it's so uber-playful - but you've toned it down perfectly, and given it a 'frosted glass' suaver pattern to it, whilst still maintaining it's upbeat feeling.

I was obsessed with the SNES game. The N64 one was rather fun, but still not as great as the original.
