Remember the Fantasy Knight Lucian I did October 6th, 2006? This drawing was actually from the exact same time. It was drawn the same night as the original Knight Lucian, but I never got around to finishing the coloring for it. I've been wanting to color something, I saw this, so I finally decided to finish it. So well over a year later, this picture is FINALLY complete. The lineart dates October 5th, 2006, all the colors are January 30th, 2008. xD;

I'm really happy with this, actually. I'm still pretty pleased with the lineart (Which is surprising since it's almost two years old), especially with how Lucian's horse, Ebony, came out. It had been YEARS since I had even attempted a horse again, so that time I was pretty pleased, and still am. I am especially happy with how this picture turned out overall. It was fun to do.

Entitled In the Glow of the Night because I was listening to the song Domino by Genesis at the time (The 2007 live version from the concert I went to, actually /o/), so I listened more, stared at the picture and thought it'd be a good title with adding some things to it.

So yeah. I'm definitely pretty happy with this.

This is how the picture looked originally without adjustments to the lightning and the added sparkles. That was when all shading, highlighting and background was JUST finished.
