Yay for Jem. She is truly outrageous. ... talk about flashback of the 80s, watch Jem Episodes. OMG. So many frilly ruffles and pink and lime green and orange.
So I doodled this up and slapped some quick colors on it. The image is 'eh', but it was a fun BS piece to play with. Enjoy.
