Belphegor (AKA: Prince the Ripper) from Katekyo Hitman Reborn.
Bel is easily my favorite character in Reborn, his creepiness and insanity rock.
I was debating for a while whether to make his shirt red striped or green striped, and colored and shaded both options out completly. It was a tough decisiont, but I ended up putting in the green stripes(otherwise he'd blend into the background!)
I drew this one at school, so some details are probably off.
