Hion the Esper

Extrasensory Perception is the catch-all term for being able to para-physically manipulate one's surroundings, or gather information otherwise inaccessible. Abbreviates to ESP. Those who bring out these powers are collectively known as Espers (literally ESPer). Throughout the world of Ganymede, 1 in every 10,000 people gain this title, through discovery of a latent power they were born with. These powers are nearly always considered fantastically dangerous. Self-aware Espers generally become inflated with this unrivaled power, and don't have a hard time making a name for themselves. Statistically, it is more likely for an Esper to become a serial murderer than anything else. This causes discrimination on a global scale, and only exacerbates the statistic itself. A pacifistic Esper by heart would be driven to the reverse, from the harrassment.

It is not advised that a civilian, under any circumstances short of life and death, interacts with an Esper.

This brings us to the one only identified as "Hion". Guilty of murder in cold blood and self-defense on numerous occasions. He is classified as a Class A psionic felon. His power is complete telekinetic sovereignty over any solid object within a 214 foot radius which is stained with his own dry blood. All four swords of his are, effectively allowing him to cut someone to ribbons without moving a muscle.
