I did not spend that much time on it, but I like how it came out. The point of this drawing is I'm drawing myself in the drawing. So I drew myself drawing myself.
I did a little cross hatching over my blended shading to make it look like there are tiny little creases and cracks in the skin so it would look a little more realistic (in the hand not the face :p). I wish the hand was a little more realistic than it is. It would add so much more to this drawing.
