Pikmin, small item holders

I've made quite a few crafts already this year, however none really were made with a purpose beyond craft for craft sake.

So I got an idea, I think Pikmin are adorable so I played with that idea and came up with using 2 seperate pikmin sculptures together to hold up an object (like in the games).

-The original red pikmin I broken by accident so I remade him.
- Each stands at about 2 1/2 inches tall.
-To make the red one stronger than its previous version, I added bracelet wire to the arms and antenna. The yellow ones arms are only glued on.
- The only part of the original red pikmin that was salvaged was its green leaf.
