he looks great, but its not really in paper mario style, perhaps..make the eys a bit beadier, like solid black eyes, and the body is too long and too detailed for a cartoony paper mario look. this is awesome, just not paper mario.
The colour and shading is good! But if it is paper Mario style you plan to do, you should give a harder outline for the character.
Less glossy and, as other people mentione, harder outlines and hard eyes.
