This is a Senech War Wolf, which comes in a few varieties. One is the four legged sort, which is like what it says, a wolf. A really large wolf. Another is the anthropomorphic version, which is pretty similar to the head you see there, except not such a long nose and more human features. The last version (until I have more ideas) is the "were" version. Which originates as either a human and transforms into a bipedal feral beast (looks significantly different than the anthro version, however) that has nothing better to do than feed, or originates as the Senech War Wolf instead but with all the same effects as above. Several things can trigger that, but I'll get into it later.
