I spoke lately with several friends about that difficult subject. Does love exist anymore?
Whatever I truly believe in Love, it seems that it's just a waste of time. Whatever my efforts, all I received is just politics. Sure that's done not to hurt me, but am I that stupid not to notice it's a lie? So I feign not to understand the signs, I prefer to keep a little hope in my heart, to believe in a better future.
But there is no future.
Ok, I can already heard the same leitmotiv given to me may times : "there is one who's waiting for you, you don't have to worry about, there is always a soulmate for everyone and you'll find that person the day when you'll expect the less". Lie.
Lie. Lie. Lie.
Valentine or not, the cake is a lie, like anything else.
... Have a good valentine. I know there is still love in this world. I believe in it. I'm that naive, and I'll continue to believe in Love. Whatever the lies.

Very beautiful. Love is almost a lost art, but it does exist, beneath the superficial, and beneath the sex, beneath it all, that yearning exists in all, and will continue to exist, if only in a few. Though it lives in many, very few seem to find it, and those that do are happy for a long time and those that don't, bitter for the rest of their lives, calling those hopeless romantics that still feel there is something more than lust naive. Wonderful work Amiral. There does seem to be a downfall in the Romance that we've all been told and what has replaced it is just awful if you ask me. I could preach about what happened to it all day, but that's a bit to long of a post. but I can share what i've learned over the last few years from the failed relationships that i've been in. If it's just about sex it they hardly work, If there's not communication in it or very little it's very hard to make it work. those are the highest things not to do in my book and oddly those are what happened to me. Finding that one guy that has paid attention to romance and how to do it properly is a hard thing to find. It isn't really that hard, I walk in the park on a Sunday afternoon, sharing an ice cream from the corner market, even cooking her a homemade meal and eating it by candle light under the night sky.

sadly enough,i believe this due to the fact that love isnt just for how the person looks or acts,its for how they are.most people dont think that.(and as for me,im the complete loser that wont get a date for a while)
