But he was so frikin cool.
I always thought to myself, "If I ever got a digimon partner, I'd want Blackie."
God knows he needed a partner.
Anyway, unless you've seen the episode I'm referencing, you'll be mighty confused.
Why is he laying by a pink flower?
Because, in one of the episodes... he's fighting off a herd of Mammothmon (sp?) and he notices a stray flower about to get trampled by one of them. On impulse, he saves it, and questions himself later. After getting all philosophical again, he proceeds to crush the flower with his foot and walk away.
I think he was in denial of the good inside of him.
