I'm really pleased with how the color came out in the background, I was hoping to get the top left to be a little darker originally but after getting this shade I decided that this was better than the dark blue I had planned. I'm also pleased with how blending her into the background turned out, it really does look like she's within the clouds thanks to some blurring, blending, and masks ^^

Yeah; if that top left was too dark, it might be a bit uneven. It's really nice, though; it's very, very pretty; very pretty, very sky...ish. Or. Something. You know. xP

Perfectly lit - and I just love the use of colour on her hair - it's like she's got hair made of glass; it's just the right colour for that.
That background reminds me of the morning too - which is a nice touch - not many people on SA consider using first light as an inclusion of their artwork, which sometimes makes me sad - why make people feel like it's the end, when really, it's just a new beginning?
